Job Summary:

The Training Lead will lead development of training material and conduct training for a major Army Aviation Support Equipment program.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide training, training development, subject matter expertise, and management of Army Training Programs
• Conduct academic lecture, guided discussions, instructor lead hands-on practical exercises and simulation training in all aspects of include aircraft support equipment
• Prepare, coordinate the logistical movement of training devices, manage schedules and conduct training IAW applicable
• Program of Instructions, Training Support Plans, Course Management Plans, Course Syllabuses and/or within other official guidance with little to no supervision
• Experience developing training content IAW requirements for aviation training programs
• Experience developing Training Aides Devises Systems and Simulations (TADSS) for Army Aviation
• Experience with the development and execution of New Equipment Training Teams (NETT)
• Experience with interfacing with organizations responsible for Army training including Training Doctrine and Command (TRADOC), Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOTD), and Directorate of Evaluation and Standardization (DES)
• Other duties pertaining to training and field service may be assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must be US citizen and meet any other federal program requirements
• Ability to obtain CAC card, Secret Clearance preferred
• Able to manage logistics, as well as, physically move equipment up to 30 lbs in support of mission requirements
• A general/working knowledge of MS Office products is required
• Candidate must have a strong knowledge of the courseware development and review process

Education and Experience:

BSBA preferred and 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Environment:
